Quick fixes might sound tempting, but the magic happens when we dive in, set things up right, and give those systems time to do their thing. Over 3 months, we can go deep, fine-tune, and make sure your business is set up for growth that feels solid and aligned with where you want to go. Trust me, it’s worth the investment in creating a foundation that lasts.
Q: What if I need to cancel before the 3 months are up?
No worries—I get that things can change! The 3-month commitment is there to give our work the time it deserves, so you get meaningful, lasting results. But if you feel it’s not the right fit or your needs change, you’re welcome to end the commitment at any point. And if you’re just looking for help on a specific project or one-off task, I’m happy to create a custom scope and pricing for that instead. My goal is to make sure you get the support you need in a way that feels aligned and easy.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
Once you’ve paid for the month, I don’t offer refunds. I take on only a few clients at a time, so if we’ve partnered and you decide not to continue, that takes away from someone else who could have worked with me. That said, if you’re on month 2 and decide you don’t want month 3, just let me know—I won’t charge you, and we’ll make sure to wrap up nicely.
Q: Do hours roll over if I don’t use them all in a given month?
Nope, hours don’t roll over. Here’s why: when you book a retainer, I’m blocking out that time specifically for you. This lets me be fully present and ready to dive in each month. The hours are there to create a solid boundary between each level of support, so you’re getting exactly what you need without any gaps. Plus, it helps us keep momentum, so we’re always moving forward with your goals.
